This fully 3d printed HOTAS mount can be flipped under the desk when not in use. It can be printed with PLA, using 3 layers for bottom and top and 3 loops for walls, with 25% infill (I used gyroid pattern for it).
It's also recommended to use 20mm wood screws on the hexagonal pins on the arms and the side pins of the supports that holds the whole thing under the desk, without them, you risk them breaking. If using all the recommended screws for mounting and reinforcement, you'll need 20 in total.
Each set requires about 200 grams of filament to print with the settings above.
Folding it is as easy as pulling it slightly up and forward, then flip it 180deg and pulling it forward again. Managing the cable can be done by tucking it between two arms, like in the picture.
