I would like to share wheelchair joystick handle which I made for my 10 years old daughter. For adult or older person it has to be scaled and of course there are different mounting on each wheelchair - that's also reason why it's made from 2 pcs.
Pin has to be moded for your chair. In any case here it is at least for inspiration. It's very simple but good fitting to hand.
Material a chosen is PLA, supports needed at least for pin hole.
Infill 16-22% / grid
No need glue for pin just slightly abrade surface and strongly press to hole on handle, but after you will check fits to the chair lever.
