Since I did not like any of the models I found (because they did not fit or because they had a cutout for the ICSP), I made another model. The pcb is pressed (sort of) between the pegs of the lower and upper shell and fixed with the 4 screws (since I do not like snap-together enclosures). For the 4 leds, I put a short piece of clear filament in each of the holes. It fits snugly, if you are afraid, you may use a drop of superglue.
You need 4 screws M3x8 or similar.
Layer height: 0.3mm
Printed with PETG (any other filament should do as well, but I don't know how good the screws will grab in PLA).
