This was a stamp I designed after hearing the story about Willis “Ching” Lee who would use a FRANTIC stamp on paperwork in the Pentagon to get documents expedited faster.
The Stamp prints in 4 pieces, and is held with a single M5 Hex Bolt and Nut (Embedded in the handle). The Base, Body, and Handle were printed in PLA and the Stamp is printed in TPU or other flexible filament. Best results are from using a smooth PEI sheet so the TPU can have a featureless contact area. Stop Handle print at layer 51 to embed a standard M5 Hex Nut. You can use any stamp pad that is at least 4 inches wide to load the stamp with Ink, and the Base will allow you to protect whatever surface you set the stamp on.
The dimensions of the Stamp part are 1.3in x 4in x 0.5in, as a simple rectangle with a 0.1in emboss if you want to design your own Stamp insert for this handle/base design.
