I made this model in tinkercad a while ago. I printed the body in orange TPU filament and the face in black PLA filament, both of which at 270% but you can print it at any scale just make sure they are both at the same scale.
The mouth does stay in place but you will need to glue the eyes in place. The hole in his hand is for a sucker/ lollipop thing I'm going to make soon. Originally the hole underneath him was to make it more squishy if you print it in TPU, but it didn't work out that way and I was too lazy to remove it.
