This model is intended for use with Down Range, a tabletop wargame focused on fast-paced, tactical-level combat and teaching players about the use of emerging technology in modern warfare.
This model is of a generic BTR-80, suitable for use for a wide variety of both Russian and other ex-Soviet state uses, as well as the booming export market for such hardware. The STL files are separate for both hull and turret; the 3mf file contains both with supports already painted.
While developed initially to print on a Prusa Mk4 printer, this model has been tested on Prusa Mk4, Mk4S, Core One, and XL printers using PLA filament without issue, and should work with most other manufacturers' printers. You may need to experiment with settings if you're printing in another material.
For the best balance between quality and print time, I recommend using an 0.2 mm layer height with organic supports, and leaving the other settings as the default for your printer.
