This is a simple mount for the Official Raspberry Pi Screen 2. It likely WILL NOT FIT the older Pi Screen nor other screens from other companies. It will fit on any DeskPi Rackmate 10" rack as of time of writing and will likely fit on any other 10" rack.

Please do not sell prints of this model. I release them for free to help others with their home projects, not for people to get paid for my work.

Printing

It is highly recommended to print this from a stiffer plastic like those with carbon fiber in them. However, I printed this in PETG with no issues (albeit a small amount of movement should you push on the screen…may not be a bad “feature”). PLA should be fine as well. Supports are needed and should be easy to remove.

Materials and Tools

You only need 4x M2.5x12mm screws and 4x 10-32 rack screws.  You could likely go a little longer if you need to, but pay attention when mounting so that you don't break the screen. If you don't have a 2mm hex key (or keep losing it), I recommend and use these drivers. (Links are Amazon affiliate links to help me pay for hobby projects.)

Assembly

Simply put the screen in the bracket and screw in! Keep in mind that the bracket is not symmetrical, so the orientation of the screen matters.

If you plan on using an Ethernet cable, the design is a little tight on getting in cables in. You may need to remove (or gently slice off) the part of the boot that rubs against the bracket. It wasn't an issue for me, but if it becomes a problem, let me know and I'll make a thinner back brace version.
