The parts need a well tuned printer as clearance between bolt and cap are 0.3mm. May require a strong strike on the bolt pusher to free the parts after printing. If so put it in the tube so the bolt has somewhere to go when struck.
Paint on support around overhanging edge of cap
I made no changes to the prime bar attachment use a PLA+ for the print. I used a PETG filament rod to link the prime bar.
I don't know what size oring worked, likely same as original model
Separate the parts and add o-ring to the base of bolt. Lubricate o-ring and inside of cap with silicone grease, silicone oil is better for the tube and plunger head.
