No need to grab your soap bottle, open it, close it and put it back on a shelf or on the side of your bathtub where it will fall. With this bottle holder, all you have to do is flip the bottle upside down, get soap, flip it back down and that is it. No more messing around !

You will need an M4 threaded rod, something to cut it clean, a standard M4 nut and an M4 lock nut. Though another standard nut and some Loctite might work, IDK.

The lock nut goes inside the ring and the standard nut goes into the knob.

Some additional infos.

I designed this holder for THIS SPECIFIC BOTTLE.

The lid of the bottle is 47.8mm in diameter

I love this soap and do not plan on trying out other soap. Though I plan on modifying a bottle to make it refillable, some time in the future.

If you are using another type of bottle, the holder can be adapted, as long as the lid is cylindrical, and marginally larger or smaller than 47.8mm. Some basic modifications in Tinkercad would allow for larger or smaller bottles to be used as well, within certain limits.

If you need the holder to be adjusted for your own favorite bottle, leave a comment and I will try and do my best to help.

On the topic of the lid. I designed the “flipper” as a part that clips on the lid and interferes with the back plate when flipping the bottle upside down. It pulls the lid open then lets it close back when flipping it back. Thanks to it the user has only one action to perform for the bottle to flip and the lid to open, simultaneously.

Believe me, it works perfectly as intended.

Now, it has one problem. It is a pain to remove.

If anyone has ideas on how to redesign it, reach out ! (I spent 4 days trying about 16 different designs. Some were easy to remove but ugly. So I decided to use this one design despite the problems it has.)
