TS101 Slim Minimalistic Rugged Box

Nachdem ich die super Boxen von @Pjotrstrog und @FrostyTheClownMan (@FrostyTheClow_48450) gesehen habe, war mir klar, dass ich eine eigene Box brauche, aber meine Anforderungen waren andere. Das Logo stammt von @Storm Design (@Damian27). Die Rugged Box basiert auf der parametrischen Box von @Whity

Meine Design-Ziele:

• Minimalistisches Design und möglichst geringe Abmessungen (für eine Rugged Box)
• Keine aufwendigen und überentwickelten Lösungen 
• Keine Kaufteile nötig (außer 6x M3x20 mm Schrauben und 1x 608 Kugellager, die wohl jeder 3D-Drucker-Bastler haben sollte)
• Kabelfach für DC-USB und DC-XT60 Kabel

Das Kugellager wird an den Halter geklebt (z.B. Uhu endfest)

Hinweise zum Drucken:

• Unter- und Oberteil: PLA; (Tree-) Support empfohlen
• Verriegelungen : PETG (PLA geht auch)
• Lötkolbenhalter: temperaturstabiles Material (ASA, PA, ABS)
• Deckel für das Fach: PETG

After seeing the amazing boxes of @pjotrstrog and @FrostyTheClownMan I decided to create (remix) my own box, because I had different needs. The logo was made by  @Storm Design (@Damian27). The rugged box ist made on base of the parametric rugged box by @Whity.

Design goals:

• Minimalistic and and small as possible (for a rugged box)
• No sophisticated and overengineered design
• No special parts need (only 6x M3x20 mm screws and 1y 608 BB, which every 3D printing enthusiast should have by hand)
• compartment for DC-USB and DC-XT60 cable

Tipps for printing:

• Box and lid: PLA; (Tree-) Support recommended
• Latches: PETG (PLA is ok, too)
• Iron bracket: high temp resistent material (ASA. PA, ABS)
• lid for the compartment : PETG

The ball bearing is glued to the iron bracket.
