This is a parametric design. I uploaded a set of sizes as a starting point but let me know if you need other sizes. In all 3 dimensions, the boxes can be sized in increments of 20mm.
I printed the boxes with a Marble PLA filament using a 0.6mm nozzle to resuce printing time. It should print fine with a 0.4mm nozzle as well. Just takes a bit more time. The nuts and bolts were tested both when printed with 0.4mm and 0.6mm nozzles.
Use 4 or 5 perimeters to print the bolts. When printed with only 2 perimeter they are easy to crack when tightening them.
No support needed.
