This is a replacement gasket for DEKO PAS-30 sold on amazon, but is also likely compatible with the similar impeller-style water pumps of the same design.

The original paper gasket was made of wax paper, it's 0.4mm thick and there were some issues of impeller rubbing on top plate which would overload and stall the motor. I traced the issue to the original gasket not being thick enough; my bodge solution was to not tighten pump plate entirely so the motor could start, but that led to the original gasket blowing out.
I set this gasket width to be 0.8mm. I tried pressurizing backyard irrigation system and this pump works without motor stalling or pump leaking.
