I have replaced more of my flashlights at work than I care to admit. Every single one of those lights was replaced due to the front housing breaking in some manner. Either the supports for the screws that hold it together break off, the structure around the lens crumbles, or the material breaks away from the side allowing all sorts of debris to get into the housing and ruin the light in some manner. After several Test prints I finally ended with something that will fit well enough to seal out any debris (even my test pieces printed at a .28 layer height and PLA). I hope that some other mechanic on here can benefit from this model.
