Had these speakers laying a round and wanted to hook a friend up since his Tacoma still had the original paper cone speakers. Somehow no one made a model to adapt a 5.25" speaker into a 6.5" hole yet, so I made my own. Very simple model, assumes your speaker mounting location has some margin for the speaker to stick out 5mm further. Holes for the speaker are designed to self-tap using M5 bolts.
For good stiffness print with a high number of perimeters (6+, I think I used 8 with a 0.6mm nozzle) or high infill. For automotive use use PETG or ABS/ASA.
