I designed this case to keep my offline backup hard drives safe(er).
The case is strong, stacking, with over-center latches and a TPU rubber seal.
This case requires a decent amount of assembly, since the latches are all separate pieces. On the plus side though, they are strong, and it can all be printed without supports.
I printed the cases from PETG with 10% gyroid infill and 2 walls.
The latch parts can printed also in PETG or something stronger with 100% infill.
I printed the seal using 85A TPU.
The latches require a 2.4mm pin (I used alloy TIG filler rod cut to length) and a M3 screw & nut. The latches are glued onto the case with superglue (cyanoacrylate).
