Print the arm and back on the side without support. Use at least 1.6mm walls and 25% infill for strength.
Requires heat set insert https://www.mcmaster.com/93365A162/, and ¼-20 socket head cap screw 1 inch long https://www.mcmaster.com/91251A542/ ,, but I did provide the STP file so you can make a self-threaded version.
The nut is designed to accept a 1/8" npt fitting like the PC4-M10 https://a.co/d/046C1dO.
I made it a separate item so you can edit and tune that component to fit your need and screw it in later.
