The frame is set in place with friction and there are 2 pins that make the hinge work. And I added a 1mm thick plastic sheet glued in place to make it look nicer, but its optional. To attach to the wall I used double sided tape.
For each frame you will need to print:
1x game-frame-front
1x game-frame-back
2x frame-pin

Infill: 15%
