For the pivot this remix uses a M3x25 bolt and a nylon lock nut. You could probably just use a normal nut, if it's all you have.
It stays closed magnetically with two internal magnets, one in the lid and one in the base. Just pause the print and insert them. The magnets are 10x2mm round.
No supports are needed. There is a 1 layer thick sacrificial layer in the bolt hole. Just poke a nail through it or something.
This one was printed at 0.2 layer height, with a 0.6 nozzle. I printed mine in wood PLA so I can stain it later.
