A DS18B20 Thermal Probe Mount I made to hang them in my attic. The two holes are for mounting. The probe snaps into place in the front and is secured with a zip tie, and the wire is secure with a zip tie as well for strain relief.
The idea would be to mount them as close to the open air as possible for the most accurate reading.
