Philips OneBlade rugged travel case

General:

This case fits the OneBlade QP2724, QP2520 or QP2834, along with 3 extra blades and the adjustable comb. 

Why I designed this:

I designed this to keep my OneBlade safe when traveling.

Printing notes:

• Layer height: .15 or finer is ideal
• Recommended Material: PLA or better. Latch should be made with PETG for better abrasion resistance
• Supports: None
• Infill: 15% Gyroid, rectilinear, or triangle.
• Walls: 2-3
• Other Modifiers: If desired, use the top with text to add a little more color
• Material Quantity: ≈150grams

I printed the bottom of the case from PLA on Centauri Carbon at .15 layer height with 15% gyroid infill, except the latch, which uses AnyCubic PETG. The top of the case was done on the Prusa XL 5 tool in PLA for multi-material text.

Cautions and updates:

PLA doesn't hold up well for the latch.

Hardware and assembly:

Requires (4) M3X30mm bolts for the hinges and latch.
