Simple to print case with parallel mechanism to hold and open top latch and keep it in place. It can also be used with the inner “cover” to seperate the buttom box part and use it as an extra storage. The current “cover” is specialy designt to carry an electric shaver from Philips HC5630.
To keep it close while transport, a small push button is holding the top and lower case together.
Print details
I used an old FDM machine and it worked out fine:
- PC for the extra durability as it should be used also for travel
- PETG recommended for “Spring” part
- 0,4mm Optimized print, my was printed with 0,6mm
- Not necessarily a need of support for Top/Buttom Case, but it rounds up the curvage on the side.
