Filament-
Any flexible, I prefer Overture HS TPU, this stuff prints so fast and clean on my P1P. Just make sure to calibrate flow rate and keep it dry.
Settings-
4 or 5 Walls (perimeters)
25% infill, I like cubic but gyroid or any 3D infill will work
No brim needed
Keeps it flexible but still strong enough to not bend when the shades move
Sizing-
These are sized to my blinds but should be easy enough to scale for larger or smaller blinds, I included the STEP files if needed. 0.2 mm smaller than the width of the base of your blinds will keep them nice and tight.
