Design Concept
I designed this buffer mount for my K1C to remove the need for the coupler (reduce friction). It uses existing holes on the rear.
Purpose
Reduce friction.
Printing Tips
I used PLA as it's outside the heated bed chamber. 15% infill.
Assembly Instructions
Once printed, fit the bracket to the printer using the two small black screws pictured (you'll have a few hanging around after fitting the upgrade kit). Then secure the buffer to the bracket using two M3 x 8mm bolts. You might need to run a 3.0mm tap to clear the threads post-print.
