Nahdar Vebbs Lightsaber from Star Wars: The Clone Wars!

I like the simplicity of this saber and figured it was easy enough to design in tinkercad. The only piece i believe could be more screen accurate is the pommel, it should have a more rounded shape.

Other than that i like how this design turned out.

I did not list this as a remix however i did use the Emitter from the Ahsoka Lightsaber and the Grip Pegs from Mace Windus both designed by "CaseStudyno8".

I have not printed this saber yet and i will update the files if i encounter any issues. As of now the only part I'm not confident in is the fit for the Grip Pegs into the Grip.

**The grip is over 150mm tall, i use a delta style printer with a max print height of 360mm. If needed i can adjust the grip into multiple parts for easier printing.

PARTS TO PRINT:

• Print one of each part and 6 of the Grip Pegs

ASSEMBLEY: Use Super Glue

• First glue the pommel to the grip
• Then glue the 6 Grip Pegs to the grip
• Glue the Button to the button disc, then glue the disc to the grip.
• Finally glue the Emitter Peg to the grip, then the guard over the peg, then the emitter over the guard.

UPDATES:

10/25/22

• Increased the size of the grip to 235mm, now makes the overall saber about 10.75". Before it wasn't tall enough for a 2 handed fit.
• Adjusted the the height of the grip pegs to fit the grip, to tall before. Pegs are now 139mm tall and 4.25mm. Should fit the grip more snug.
• Beefed up the pommel to closer match the appearance in the show

Only took 3 years to revist and finish this model!

• Reworked all of the files, i gave each of them a much smoother texture.
• Reworked the Grip peg: i removed the dimension it had on the bottom and made it square for easier printing and installation. Also made it a bit taller to account for the new deeper holes on the grip.
• Reworked the Grip: I adjusted the grip peg holes for the new shape, i also made the holes a bit deeper so the pegs could be insterted more easliy.
