Scuba BCD Bladder Flange modeled off of DGX Flanges. In the pictures the red is ABS printed from my design, the black one is a DGX commercial product. I made mine parts interchangeable with the industry standard. the last picture is assembled with an overpressure/dump valve. Due to the thread generator I used having a relatively small number of segments, the printed parts together have a slightly ratchety feel as you screw them together.
Disclaimer: These have not been tested in the water, and are meant for educational (not practical) use only. Use at own risk.
Update: Inner Flange channels squared off for better print quality. Flange installed with DGX gasket on one of my wings, holds pressure.
Update: V2 wide flange files added by request. I have not tested, use at own risk, etc.
Update: V3 STLs added, better tolerances working with factory hardware.
