This is an air baffle I designed for a hard drive cooling project I made using an Ikea Lixhult metal cabinet.
The base is 120mm x 120mm and the center of the mounting holes are 105mm apart. The radius of the center hole is 56mm. Also, they were designed to work with 120mm PVC air filters used in PC cases. These are the ones I used: https://amzn.to/2OVDH1W.
For each baffle, print 2 bases and 1 air intake. Then, drill an air hole and 4 screw holes through your cabinet. Finally, mount one base in front and another in back of the air hole in your cabinet, using M3 or M4 screws and nuts to hold them in place. You can optionally sandwich a PVC filter between the outer base and the cabinet to keep dust out, as I did in my cabinet.
All parts were printed in black PLA and they have worked well.
