I have a number of RFID cards for credit cards, debit cards and EV charge cards. I designed this holder to be able to hold cards. I have included 3 sizes in 2 versions
Printing Suggestions
- Print at 0.1mm layer height
- Hinge for all parts is a bit of 1.75mm filament. Inserted into the holes and cut a bit longer (1mm per side), then I secured using a soldering iron set at 200C with a conical tip, pushing into the centre of the filament.
Standard
- Print both parts for the number of cards you would like
RF Shielded
- Print the 3 main parts and the aluminium cut template. (Make sure the base of the bottom part has supports)
- Cut 2 pieces of aluminium foil using the template.
- Insert one on each side of the main body.
- Glue in the plug into the base to cover of the aluminium foil and complete the bottom.
