General:

A low cost, adjustable, customizable, high powered vibrating table for high quality bubble free epoxy/silicone pours and molds.

Why I designed this:

I made this for eliminating bubbles while doing silicone injection molding using 3D printed molds.

Rigid Part printing notes:

Layer height: .2 or finer is ideal

Recommended Material: PLA or better

Supports: None

Infill: 15%+ Gyroid or triangle

Walls: 3+

Other Modifiers: Print as oriented

Material Quantity: ≈135 grams (mixed clamp full set hardware) 5h2m, 245 grams (table) 5h11m

I printed from Sunlu PLA 2.0+ on Centauri Carbon at .16 layer height for hardware, .2 for Table, both with 25% gyroid infill. 3 walls for hardware, 4 walls for table.

TPU Part printing notes:

Layer height: .2 or finer is ideal

Recommended Material: 95A TPU

Supports: None

Infill: 15%+ Gyroid or triangle

Walls: 2-3 (3 might be a bit too rigid to dampen vibration through workbench)

Other Modifiers: Print as oriented

Material Quantity: ≈88 grams

I printed from Overture TPU on Centauri Carbon at .2 layer height with 15% triangle infill and 3 walls in 9h53m.

Other notes:

I highly recommend printing very slowly with TPU, like 30mm/s or so.

Clamps and hold-downs are included so you can clamp items down.

Threaded rods are designed to be printed flat for the highest strength.

Secure the bench mounts with a #8 or smaller screw to keep the table from walking.

Uses this motor https://a.co/d/5QJfefG and (4) Ø4mm X 10mm screws and heat set inserts, or just 6mm screws with no inserts. All other parts are printed.

Assembly is pretty straightforward.
