skr mini e3v3 case - take 2

So this is an update of my original model from https://www.printables.com/model/240112-btt-skr-mini-e3-v3-case , as the changes are getting a bit messy  to include all the variations of the case in that post.

I have changed a few things. I made it so that the board mounts are a bit wider to work with using heat inserts or regular m3 hex nuts in the bottom and for the lid mounts, as well as moving the lid mounts to the interior of the box. 

The board mounts are tapered toward the top so that they shouldn't hit any solder joints.

A few versions in here, ones to use with just hex nuts in place of heat inserts, the version for heat inserts, and one with heat inserts for the lid mounts only with hex nuts for the board (because why not).

Everything is untested as of publication, but none of the board mount positioning has been changed (so it should all work without issues as far as that goes). I've double checked the positioning of everything, but I am human after all so there may be a mistake somewhere.

The heat insert measurements as well as the openings for the hex cap screws for the lid are based off the cowl for the Dragonburner so they should be correct.
