I am a huge fan of these rugged box/cases and after the great succes my Logitech mx master 2s rugged box had I decided to create another version, this time for the Logitech anywhere 3S, since my girlfriend has this exact mouse.
Print settings which worked for me:
- 4 perimeters
- 15% infill
- 0.20 layer height
- No supports
Material:
The box and lid can be printed in PLA; for the latches and seal, I recommend PETG and TPU, respectively, however the seal is optional and the hinges work fine with PLA as well.
For the hinges, you need 6 M3X30 hex screws.
Logitech logo:
I added the logitech logo to the lid, this can be printed in a different color if you have access to a MMU system. Otherwise you can just leave the text out or try manually pausing the printer and change the color yourself
Fitment:
In my case, the mouse almost fits perfectly. However, I did not give it any more clearance because I was afraid the mouse would rattle and move inside, and now it just fits snugly without damaging the mouse or having the mouse move inside the case. In my case you can just put the mouse in the case (without any force) and close the case. When closed the mouse does not rattle and still is easy to remove.
