Clamp 2 2020b profiles in parallel together. Push the element into both T-slots and tighten the screw. The 3D printed variant is capable but may not block parallel movement of profiles, the CNC machined variant may be used as normal construction element. Both are designed to be plasticity deformed during tightening - does not affect function.
The CNC machined variant needs the thread to be cut - or the usage of thread forming screws and a larger hole. The 3D printed variant only needs the screw.
