2x2 gridfinity base for charging TOZO NC9 earbuds
This is my first design and upload to printables. Love to hear your feedback.
Charger puck is 56 mm diameter and 5.5 mm high.
Top and bottom fit together with 6mm diameter 2mm high magnets at the corner (8 in total)
Printed in 3 parts the bottom base, the top base an the earbud holder. Optionally there is also a blank cylinder if you dont want to use the wireless charging. The holder is printed seperatly so you can change colours and also allows you to open the case and remove the earbuds without removing it from the charger.
Charging cable has 2 exits one to the back and one to the bottom if you have under gridfinity under cable management system.
I printed these without supports which worked okay as the sagging sections were not visable.
I used a Prusa Core 1 with a 0.2mm structural setting. I am sure you can save filament by using a less intense infill.
