Are your sun visor mounts in your MR2 (SW20) cracked from UV exposure? Print these!
Use a high-temp material such as ASA/ABS, or Nylon. Print with solid infill, 4 perimeters. If you can, use a carbon or glass fiber filled filament, these remain under spring tension and extra stress is put on these when you use your sun visors to hold up a sunshade.
To install, disassemble your old mounts, taking note of the components and where they go. You can use a flat head screw driver and a mallet to gently tap the end caps off, which will allow complete disassembly. Use the old hardware and your new printed mount to assemble your refreshed sun visor.
