This track was created using a pre-release version of MarbleLab: a tool that lets you design marble roller coasters in VR, test them virtually with simulated marble physics, and then export files for 3D printing.

Any ½" (12.7 mm) ball bearing will work for this track.

BEFORE YOU PRINT TRACK:

A coupler test print file has been included. This allows you to test both the support and track coupling system on your printer before you commit to the longer full track print.

It is highly recommended you run this test print!

The coupler clips should snap onto the support/track flanges satisfyingly, with a bit of wiggle room after (allowing for defects when printed at odd angles).

Printing Tips:

- 0.20 mm layer height.
- Split to objects after opening in slicer.
- Support and track coupler clips can be printed with opening facing up, no support.

- Tree supports on track and columns.
- Normal supports on baseplate (although I have had decent success without supports, with some mild clean-up).

Assembly:

The support coupler flanges have notches which identity what support column pairs with a given track and baseplate flange (they count up in binary from track start to finish). They can be a bit too subtle depending on print quality, in which case this then qualifies as a puzzle!
