This mount for Lutron Pico remotes supports two different mounting styles: a normal wall box mount, and wall mount with a 3M Command strip. Additionally, I've included a 3D printed wall plate cover screw. This can be used for either the wall or wall-box mount, but it's especially useful for the wall mount option as the typical switch plate cover screws are too long and run into the wall. Of course, the normal switch plate cover screws will work with this model just fine, and there's no need to print the screws if you're mounting in a wall box.
I printed with a 0.6mm nozzle with 0.18mm layer height using PETG. However, a 0.4mm nozzle with PLA should work fine. Layer height should be 0.2mm at the most for the threads to be functional. No supports or brim required if printed in the correct orientation.
