This is a simple shim for 1U server racks to increase the thickness of the front mounting plate for situations where you are printing server rack mounts of various thickness and would like all the plates to be flush with one another.
In my use case I had one 10 inch server mount where the front was only 3mm versus 4mm for the rest. Using this shim allowed all the front plates to sit flush across the front.
Printing
Standard 0.2mm printing with PLA or PETG should work fine.
