I used the original arms with the multipoint mounting and designed different mounts for the LED light I bought.
Per arm you need 2 x multipoints flush mounts (and (flush) snaps, too, probably) and 1 x M4x30 bolts, nuts and washers.
In my case, I bought 2 connectable light bars that can be joined with the LED connector clamp for a better fit between the two lightbars so they won't disconnect from each other.
The original holes in the arm to hide the power cable don't fit the power cable for my lights unless I'd disassemble and reassemble the cable/plug. The holes are still there though if you need them.
I included .step files of my light mounts for easier modification.
Print settings:
Turn the arm upside down for printing (shouldn't need supports).
The light mounts are already oriented for printing.
