As stated before, this will mount a KM65 6.5" speaker to Apache 2800 Case with ribs. There are two versions, one that is the dame diameter as the speaker and one a little wider. I liked the look of it beeing wider, your choice.
Material: I recommend ASA if it will see a ton of outdoor time, otherwise PETG should be more than fine.
