This insert turns the xshot meteor into a MXL launcher. It will also shoot muzzle loaded full-length and half darts. Remove the air restrictor and and glue the insert in the front if the plunger tube. Cut out the front rival barrel in the muzzle until the MXL Dart clears it. With the plunger double sprung and relubed I was able to get 45fps from the MXL and 150fps from half darts. ENJOY!!! (Update: added mild rifling to the inner barrel also added optional ram rod)
