Big V6 nozzle storage
I made this storage box since there wasn’t anything that satisfied what I needed.
The storage box has 6 columns with 4 slots for nozzles each. Slots have threads.
All of the models are printed without supports in the orientation as in the files. Only thing that should be changed in slicer is bridging angle. Set it to 90° or rotate model in Z axis to get bridges perpendicular to the parameters as in the photo below (single column box will be added soon).

After printing, you don’t need to remove custom supports. Just press the legs inside and the supports will break. They don't interfere with the mechanism.
Lid has embedded modifier so that you can modify box name to your liking. Also, you can modify it to be used with MMU or manually change few layers to get nice inscription. I just cut it and paint it with sharpie (will need to reprint it).
Back legs are there so that the box cannot slide out of the cover. Front leg is the locking mechanism. In the future I will maybe make it as a spring out of PETG.
Nameplates slide into top openings of the box. Small protrusion is made so that the nameplates can be removed easily. After that insert blocking beam. I used red for hardened nozzles and black for normal ones.
Print settings:
0.2 mm layer height SPEED profile
GENERIC PLA template
0.4 mm NOZZLE
DISCLAMER: For the model to work and look good your dimensional accuracy needs to be on point. Front gaps, rails and most of the gaps are 0.05mm. Nameplates also have interference fit with the box (0.05 mm overlap). Nozzle threading should be loose so that you can screw nozzles with small force. Once tightened they are in place and do not rattle. If everything is good, you should be able to fit the lid onto the box and when you push the box all the way in front leg should click in place without force.
If you are having trouble with tolerances, increase the lid size in slicer in increments of 0.2% until fit.
TO DO:
Upload blank nameplate
Singe row or multiple row boxes
