8/8/25: The following assembly guide is WIP for probably another month (out of town for work). I've provided the BOM below so you can get started if you're feeling brave. CAD will be published eventually once I've cleaned it up.
BOM:
- 4x NEMA 17 motors with minimum 35mm shaft
- 16x F695-2RS bearings,
- 4x GT2 20T idler ID 5mm,
- 2x GT2 20T pulley ID 5mm
- 8x M5x35 screw,
- 8x M3x40 screw,
- 4x M5x10 screw,
- 2x M4x10 screw,
- 4x M5 T-nut for 2020,
- 8x M5 short heat set inserts,
- 2x M3 Voron spec heat inserts,
- 14x M5 shim 1mm,
- 4x M5 shim .5mm
Bearing Stacks: (Voron 2.4 style)
Single: 1mm shim/bearing/bearing/1mm shim
Double: 1mm shim/bearing/bearing/1mm shim/1mm shim/bearing/bearing/1mm shim
