04/12/2025 - On popular demand, added a second circular gap to the left side of the toolhead, towards the exit path of the fan output, for the hot air to exit.
I remixed the original model, which head very thin side walls (it was under 1 mm, basically 2 walls, mine is close to 2 mm) and a weird air channel (I don't know what I didn't like about the air path, apparently the original designer was trying to divide the flow equally, I might incorparate a similar design in my next iteration) and some unnecessary details that made it harder to print (the gills/slids/openings on the sides). My version has the following updates:
A clear single channel air flow path (I now think the original design was better)
Has a proper opening for the heater fan
Thicker side walls ~2mm
A fancier frontal face
Second gap on the left for the hot air to exit
Print in upside-down orientation as I show in the picture:
