I smoothed it in one model and added a flat base in the other.
The area near the bottom can be difficult to print unless you use some support and fine layers. I used minimal support inside to get the crossover without sag. It can be hard to remove, so keep it as light as possible. Either that or improve your bridging settings.
I used PLA, 215/60 degrees, .2mm layers. Finer layers will look better.
The models here a little over 3 inches tall. Scale if you want them to be larger (or smaller).
