Remix version of butterfly knife / balisong based on Benchmade 62 Balisong Butterfly Knife M3 Fasteners.
- Easy to print - no support needed.
- Files are oriented - recommended to print with the orientation on stl files.
- Infill 40%, Wall 3 lines, 0.4mm Nozzle.
BOM:
- M3 x 10 SHCS (BHCS is also fine) x 4
- M3 hex nut x 4
Assembly Instruction
1. (Optional) Push diameter 3mm x 30mm metal rod into blade part
- It will snap in place.
- Might feel a little resistance when pushing it in. You can place the metal rod face down, and press the whole part against a flat surface.
2. Insert M3 hex nut into hexagonal holes in handle_bottom parts
- If it is a little too tight to push nut in, try pushing against a flat surface, and then use screw pulling technique from the other side.
3. Installing handle pins
- Insert printed pins into the slots on handle_bottom parts
4. Put the parts together
5. Secure by using M3 x 10 screws
6. Done!
