A replacement cover for the Texas Instrument TI-35X and similarly sized calculators. The cover can be attached on the back of the calculator too, and features a tapered rail with a lock cut-out to ensure it stays firmly attached while still being easy to remove.
Print with a 0.2mm layer height and 3 borders for the best results. I printed mine in PETG for strength and durability.
Colouring text in PrusaSlicer
To print the letters in a different colour using PrusaSlicer, first select a printer that supports multi colour print. Then right click the model and select “Split” → “To parts”, and set the extruder for each part in the right side view.
Adding custom text in PrusaSlicer
If you want to e.g. add you name at the bottom of the cover, you can add text directly in PrusaSlicer by right clicking the surface where the text should be added and select “Add part” → “Text”. To embed the text in the model - like the existing modelled text - set the operation to “Modifier” and select the extruder for the new text object in the right side view.
