Material: PETG (recommended for durability, flexibility, and a glossy finish).
Layer Height: 0.2 mm (balance between surface quality and print time).
Infill: 15–20% is enough for strength without excess weight.
Perimeters: At least 3 walls for rigidity.
Supports: Enable supports for the eye cutouts and any steep overhangs.
Bed Adhesion: Use a glue stick or PEI surface — PETG can stick too strongly to bare glass.
Cooling: Minimal part cooling (20–30%) to prevent layer adhesion issues.
Print Speed: 45–55 mm/s for best surface finish.
Post-Processing: Light sanding and clear coat will enhance gloss and durability.
