Carrier/Storage for EGO Z6 mower for under $40. If you have the bagger for your Z6, use these mounts to attach a $30 Storage Footlocker to the H rack when the bagger is removed. I used #10 ¾" bolts with lock nuts (about $5 total, from Menards or wherever). I put on the brackets, and while holding the bin in place, drilled through the bolt holes in the brackets and attached. I have since changed mine to have large nylon washers inside the bin. I also admit that the design could use a couple of tweaks, but mine are working great. The bin simply sits on the H bracket and holds firmly in place. It is easy to lift off and put on, unless the bin is full of heavy things. This bin holds a lot, has a lid, and is a fraction of the cost of EGO's option. The mower is so easy to use, my wife likes to drive it around the yard when maintaining the plants and flowers. She tows the Trailer for debris, and puts her gardening tools or hand cart inside this bin as she moves from place to place.
I recommend printing in PETG so it won't deform in heat, and no supports are needed to print. Hope someone out there finds this useful.
