Hardware needed:
- (2x) M3x8 countersunk screws
- (3x) M3x12 countersunk screws
- CA glue (super glue)
Printing:
This model is designed for 0.2mm layer height.
I used 4 perimeters and 100% infill with ColorFabb XT-CF20 and a 0.4mm nozzle.
Assembly:
Note: Both smaller handle halves and both jaws are identical/interchangeable
- Glue the two halves of each handle together with CA glue. Test fit the halves together before gluing to make sure everything fits correctly.
- Position components as pictured.
- Fasten the front pivots with M3x8 countersunk screws.
- Fasten the sliding rear pivots and the center pivot with M3x12 countersunk screws.
- Adjust screws as needed to minimize play while still allowing easy operation.
