This is a custom-designed mini-bed for the EufyMake E1 UV Printer, allowing you to easily create printing jigs with minimal CAD skills.  BE AWARE TO KEEP ITEMS AT LEAST 35MM FROM RIGHT EDGE AS THIS IS A NON-PRINTABLE AREA. On the front/back and left side the NO PRINT zone is 10mm from the edge. The sliding lock cutout is in the front to help you orient which side is right.  As the cutout faces you, 35mm of the right side can't be printed on. It is where the print head lives.

How to Use

  1. In your slicer, create negative shapes of the parts you want to hold (using simple shapes or the .stl files of your 3D-printed objects).
  2. Align them with the top surface of the mini-bed model.
  3. Combine all parts into one object, flip it, and slice it.
  4. The bed has about 20mm of depth you can use for your jigs.

Features & Benefits

  • OEM Compatibility: Insert a 5mm magnet to have the printer recognize it as a genuine mini-bed. It aligns and locks exactly like the original.
  • Efficient Workflow: Create multiple jigs for quick and easy swapping. This is much faster and more accurate than using snapshots and manual realignment.
  • Maintenance: Apply a little 3-in-1 PTFE oil to the top surface to help prevent overspray from sticking.

Printing Instructions

  • Print Bed: You'll need a 330mm x 330mm print bed (or larger) and may need to rotate the model 45 degrees to print in one piece. Thanks to Lance Robaldo for the split version so everyone can print!
  • Filament: The model uses about 300g of filament. I recommend using PETG, ASA, or glass-filled composites for their rigidity and heat resistance.
  • Settings: Printing on a Neptune 4 Plus takes roughly 6-9 hours, depending on your settings.
  • Supports: For minimal supports, print the model upside down. I found that auto-generated organic tree supports with no support interface worked best for the lower half of the bed (will be top half when printed.  How well your printer handles bridges will decide if you need supports where your negative parts have been cut out.
