I am not a 3D expert, nor a carpenter. I am giving it a try. Just made this alignment device. you can install one of those DIALs to check the BLADE ALIGNMENT. Hope it is useful (it was to me).
I printer in PLA (sunlu). Using 25% infill. 3 wall loops and 3 layers for bottom and top.
